EEASA 2026 Registration Form

Please complete the form below if you would like to attend the EEASA 2026 Conference in Lilongwe.

Delegates are required to register through the conference website using the online registration form below. Once registration has been submitted, an invoice with banking details will be sent to you.

Registration Options: 

Early Registration – USD $340 (Early Registration closes 15 August 2026) Payment by 18 August
(Registration includes full conference fees with lunch and tea, EEASA membership fee and Gala dinner only)

Late Registration – USD $360 (Registration closes 4 September 2026) Payment by 10 September
(Registration includes full conference fees with lunch and tea, EEASA membership fee and Gala dinner only)

Student Registration – USD $340 (Registration closes 4 September 2026) Payment by 10 September
(Registration includes full conference fees with lunch and tea, EEASA membership fee and Gala dinner only)

Important Information

• Registration fees do not include accommodation or transport.
• Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation directly with the hotel or nearby lodging facilities.
• A list of recommended accommodation options in the area will be shared.

Note: If you are paying in the local currency Malawian Kwacha then please use the conversion US$1 to MK2,000 and send the proof of payment once payment has been made.

VISAS:

⁠Participants needing visas should please send their valid first page of their passport having all their details to tbanda@unima.ac.mw. $50 would need to be paid on arrival in Malawi. Contact Dr Tiffany Banda for more information tbanda@unima.ac.mw .
