Terms and Conditions – Individual Attendance

  1. Scope of Registration
    This invoice is issued for individual attendance only. Registrations are not transferable to another person.
  2. Payment Due Date
    All payments must be made in full and strictly no later than 30 August 2026.
    Failure to make payment by this date may result in the registration being cancelled.
  3. Confirmation of Registration
    An individual’s registration will only be confirmed once full payment has been received and reflected in the EEASA account.
  4. Non-Refundable Policy
    All registration fees are non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance, late arrival, early departure, visa delays, or personal circumstances.
  5. Cancellations and Substitutions
    • Cancellations by the registered participant will not qualify for any refund.
    • Substitution of attendees is not permitted under this registration category.
  6. Proof of Payment
    Registrants are required to submit proof of payment where applicable. EEASA reserves the right to reconcile payments before confirming access to the event.
  7. Liability and Programme Changes
    EEASA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the conference programme, speakers, or schedule where necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  8. Acceptance of Terms
    Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
